Individuals may seek support or assistance to deal with a large variety of life issues. Some of these difficulties are very common, like depression, anxiety, phobias, adjustment to life and relationship stressors, or grief & loss. Other concerns may involve more unique challenges such as traumatic experiences, gender confusion, or the unique needs of those de-transitioning back to their birth sex/gender.

Couple's therapy may help with a variety of difficulties, including recovering from infidelity, loss of a child, communication challenges, conflicting priorities, or problems with relationships outside the marriage.

Can provide psychoeducational presentations on a variety of topics (such as anxiety, depression, burnout / compassion fatigue, improving sleep, gender confusion issues, spiritual growth).

Available to provide psychological evaluations relevant to those seeking to discern possible vocation to Catholic religious life. Specific assessment tools, timing, and associated fees may vary and will be tailored to the needs of the religious community / diocesan needs.

Sometimes we have questions we'd like to process with someone 'outside' the immediate situation. Whether it involves  family issues or a particularly challenging team / work dynamic, it may be helpful to consult with an mental health professional discuss with a focus on both understanding the situation at hand and moving toward a potential solution.

Available to facilitate semi-guided retreats for Christian groups, specializing in Catholic spiritual practices. Can design around particular topics or themes upon request.
